Sailing to Key West

On our way to Key West from Bahia Honda. ENE winds 10-15knots. Sailing by the lee with our main to windward with a preventer to the bow cleat and our gennaker to leeward. What a sweet sailing day here!

I’m living at home, anticipating the spring to come in VT, though it seems like it’s holding back, for whatever reason. Been sugaring, BUT not using the sap for syrup. My mom and I are going to use the sap for beer brewing, wine making, and maybe try out distilling sap for maple vodka. We’ll see how it all works. I’ve been doing lots of arts and crafts, silk screening, etc. What is the mailing address for S.V. Wee Happy? I’d love to send a printed patch to you! This summer I’m going to be working again as a landscapers slave, but also cultivating some three acres of land my parents purchased years ago. Berries and Veggies and yummies. Also going to try growing Tobacco. Said to be one of the easiest things to grow. Really missing Aisling and Roark. Since she’s gone to Germany, I haven’t seen Roark at all. She seems to be enjoying it over there, although I haven’t heard too much from her either. I’m really loving reading your blog. When do you plan on going back to the yurt? Or maybe you two and your pussycats have another adventure up your sleeve? Be well, Wee Happy!!! <3Morgan

Hey Morgan, it’s so good to be in contact with you still. we had such a fun time cruising with you! We’d love a patch! You can send it to us at this address for the next week or so, and then after that we won’t be here any more: K & L setchfield, 800 35th st. ocean, marathon, fl 33050.

Growing things sounds so grounding! wish we could have a garden here…maybe if we get a bigger boat 😉

We’re planning to go back to NY to pack up the yurt this summer. we have to sell it or move it or store it, so we don’t know what we’re going to do yet. We have to get it off my mother’s land though 🙁 Any ideas?
