Yes, we made it to Virginia finally! Not the heart of Virginia, mind you, but we are just south of the border–just south of the Potomac river. Still, it is VIRGINIA. The trees here are still fall colored, although not too bright. The nights are in the 30’s or 40’s and the days are sunny and in the 50’s or 60’s. We lost our dinghy on the way here in rough seas, but we tucked into a heavenly calm and serene anchorage for last night. Check the map in the right-hand side bar to see where we are.
